Payment

All prices stated in the Hjarbæk Fjord Camping online booking system, like everywhere else on the website, are stated in Danish kroner including VAT and all taxes unless otherwise stated and clearly stated in the situation in question.

Payment is made using one of the approved debit/credit cards in online booking, including Dankort, Visa and Diners. There is no fee charged for transactions made through online booking.

Information about online trading

You can shop safely on the Internet through our online booking system. As a consumer, you are basically protected against any misuse of your credit card on the Internet, therefore there is no deductible for misuse of your payment card via the Internet. Shipping and delivery

When booking and paying for a cabin, a rental tent, a place for your own tent, or a place for your own caravan, you will be presented with a contract from Hjarbæk Fjord Camping, which includes the accounting for your purchase. The contract can be printed from the website after booking, and is also sent via email immediately after purchase, if the correct email address is provided by the buyer.

Delivery of the ordered product takes place upon arrival at Hjarbæk Fjord Camping on the day of arrival (and ends upon departure on the day of departure). Both of these times are stated in the above contract.

Right of withdrawal and refund

You have the option to cancel your booking under the following conditions:

Cancellation up to 60 days before arrival results in a full refund minus an administration fee of DKK 250.

Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival results in a refund of 50% of the amount.

Cancellation after 30 days before arrival will result in no refund.

Registration of information

Hjarbæk Fjord Camping registers your name, address, email and other information provided in connection with the purchase in its customer database. The information is not disclosed, but Hjarbæk Fjord Camping retains the registration for 5 years.

Hjarbæk Fjord Camping uses server-side cookies and a secure connection to ensure the security of the information you provide on the site.

When paying by credit card, registration takes place via a secure server, where the information is encrypted before being sent over the Internet.

Complaint processing

If for some reason you do not receive your contract, which confirms your purchase, and you have not received an error message from the system, you can write to the address or phone number below.

Complaints about the booking process, the booking itself or the product (stay) must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the error or should have discovered the error by normal review of your contract. You can complain in writing or orally. One year after receipt of the goods (stay), the right to complain ceases in accordance with Section 83, subsection 1 of the Danish Sales Act, unless otherwise agreed.

When Hjarbæk Fjord Camping receives your complaint about a product, the complaint will be processed as soon as possible. Hjarbæk Fjord Camping will decide whether the received product should be refunded, exchanged or whether a price reduction should be given.
