Behind the campsite we stand – Jasper and MarieWe are in our mid-20s and are now starting to our second season as independent owners of Hjarbæk Fjord Camping. 

Jasper grew up here on the farm, which his parents have run since 2007, and which we became a part of four years agobefore we took it over completely. Jasper is a trained electrician, and Marie has a degree in tourism – a combination that gives us both practical and hospitality experience in everyday life. 

We have chosen to continue the site because we see a wonderful future hereLife as a camp manager involves a very special everyday life, and we feel privileged to live and work in a place that we ourselves consider to be one of the most beautiful in DenmarkThe nature around the fjord, the fantastic sunsets and the calm atmosphere create a very special atmosphere that we love to share with our guests.

For us, it's about creating a place with space for vacation, comfort and closeness – a safe and pleasant space for families, couples, singles and regular campers, where good memories may be allowed to arise. 

Personal contact means a lot to us, and that is why it will always be one of us – and often both of us – you meet at the receptionWe make every effort to ensure that everyone has a pleasant stay, whether it is for a single night, a season or many years at the campsite. 

We have a many dreams for our life here at Hjarbæk Fjord Camping – both as a developing family and in relation to the campsite's continued growth and development.

We are delighted every day to be able to call this place both our home and our workplace, and We look forward to welcoming you and sharing it with you.
